A site-specific figurative artwork
Fondazione Giorgio Cini, Venice, Italy
September 5, 2024 — September 8, 2024

Inspired by developments in digital scanning, AI and augmented and virtual reality, Chameleon is a site-specific figurative artwork that invites audiences to immerse themselves into unique real world environments.

First commissioned by the Fondazione Giorgio Cini in Venice, Chameleon transforms according to the environment that it inhabits. The walking figure absorbs the materials, textures and surfaces of its surroundings, spotlighting the less seen aspects of special locations and reflecting the very essence of a place.
