Immersive works and a panel talk
Museo Scienza, Milan, Italy
September 25, 2024 — January 24, 2025

Two of our artworks exploring the theme of embodied humanity will be showcased at the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology (Museo Scienza), Milan.

Infinity is an endless parade of digital creatures born from code. Meanwhile Kinfolk reinterprets human qualities through AI, giving life to curious moving forms with furs, luminous bristles and coloured threads that change with every gesture of the people in front of the screen.

The works are on exhibit as part of the museum's ongoing Digital Aesthetics strand. The museum has also acquired Infinity for its permanent collection.

On the evening of 27 September 2024, the artworks will also form part of Open Night, alongside a panel talk.

Our interactive creative director Joel Gethin Lewis will be speaking on the theme of The Learning Body with speakers from University of Naples Federico II, the Municipality of Milan’s team dedicated to art in public space, and from the Museo Scienza.

The Open Night event marks European Researchers' Night. It brings together installations and talks on everything from space exploration to health, nature, artificial intelligence, future materials, and more
